I´m Laxmi – 8 times National Mountain Bike Champion from Nepal. I’m also 2019 SAG gold medalist and National Best Player 2020.

I raced for the first time in 2008 after that I continued racing most of the national events. And Finally on 2014 I won the National Game.

I got interested on cycling when I was 6-7 years old. Sometimes I used to hire a cycle and sometimes taking cousins cycle without asking.

Then After completing 10th grade, I had to go to college on bus. And to save the travel expense, I decided to ride bike.

Since then I continued to cycle and made it as a career.

Encouraging more Girls in Nepal to Ride their Mountain Bikes and Race.

Latest Activities

I met Laxmi during the 'Tour of the Dragon' and 'Yak Attack' MTB-races in Bhutan and Nepal. She is an awesome human being, always taking care of the youth.
